Founder & CEO
Mike is the CEO and President of Sign Connextion. His passion for sales and the sign industry has kept him in this line of work for over 25 years! Mike enjoys interacting with our customers to see their projects through, from start to finish. He will be there from the beginning to complete a site survey, follow up throughout the design process, and ensure that projects are completed on time and with excellence.

Kathy Prospek
Finance Operations
Kathy is the Co-Owner & Chief Operator of Finance for Sign Connextion. She oversees all financial operations and is the one to price our projects. Her passion for order and her ability to create organized systems keeps our billing process running smoothly.
Makenzie Mayanja
Project Manager
Makenzie is Sign Connextion’s Project Manager. She oversees job production and assists in processing orders. Her attention to detail and strong work ethic allow her to work directly with our vendors to ensure that your sign projects are completed on time and with accuracy. She is also passionate about marketing strategy and helps manage our website as well.
Caleb Beals
Graphic Designer
Caleb is one of Sign Connextion’s Graphic Designers. His creativity and attention to detail provide our clients with designs that are sure to make their business stand out. Caleb’s passion for design and eye for modern concepts ensures that your project will meet your specific needs. He is the one to create job proofs for our clients and production art for our vendors.
Morgan McCuen
Art Director
Morgan McCuen is the Art Director at Sign Connextion. She has been designing signs for Mike for 15 years and knows the industry well. Her creativity comes into play specifically for re-branding projects and logo design. She is passionate about creating concepts that will meet each client’s specific style and design needs, while offering suggestions to help set their business apart.
